2. Products
FIT Pop products are food supplements intended for adults only. Our Electrolyte Lollipops are not suitable for persons under 18 years of age due to the inclusion of creatine monohydrate.
Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and packaging accurately, slight variations may occur.
3. Ordering
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase FIT Pop Electrolyte Lollipops. By completing your purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely via Revolut Business. We do not store your payment card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within [INSERT DISPATCH TIMEFRAME, e.g. 3–5 working days]. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is taken. We currently ship to Ireland and EU
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Consumer Rights
As a consumer based in Ireland or the EU, you have statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and EU Distance Selling Regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU). Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Under EU Distance Selling rules, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the cooling-off period), without giving a reason, unless the goods are perishable or have been opened for hygiene reasons.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Ignite Triumph Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions to our products where the product has been used contrary to the product warnings, recommended dose, or where the consumer has a pre-existing medical condition that would contraindicate use.
Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Fuel Ignite Triumph Limited and is protected by Irish and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website with the effective date shown above. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
