Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Distance Selling Regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off period.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing us at sales@fuelignitetriumph.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

2. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

•       Products that have been opened, used, or have had their hygiene seal broken — for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products

•       Products that have been personalised or customised

•       Perishable goods

If your product arrives sealed and unopened and you wish to return it within 14 days, we will accept the return and issue a full refund.

3. How to Return a Product

To return an eligible product:

•       Email us at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] within 14 days of receiving your order

•       Include your order number, name, and reason for return

•       We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions

•       Return the product in its original, sealed packaging

•       You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fuelignitetriumph.com with:

•       Your order number

•       A description of the issue

•       Photographs of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Revolut Business. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card provider.

We will refund the full price of the product plus standard delivery costs. We do not refund any premium delivery charges.

6. Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please also contact us at sales@fuelignitetriumph.comso we can record the incident as required under food supplement regulations.

We take product safety seriously and will investigate all reported reactions. This does not automatically entitle you to a refund, but we will consider each case on its merits.
